Corrections
This is the most useful thing you can send. If something here is wrong, out of date, or attributed to the wrong person, tell me — ideally with the page, the specific sentence, and where the better information comes from. Material corrections are made and noted on the page rather than quietly patched.
Rights and takedown notices
If you hold rights in material you believe is used here without permission, write to the address above with enough detail to identify the material and the page it appears on, and I will act promptly. This site aims to use only original writing and original artwork, plus imagery the publisher owns or has licensed. If something has slipped through that, I want to know.
Privacy requests
To ask what personal data this site holds about you, to have it deleted, or to opt out of the sharing of personal information for advertising purposes, use the same email address and say clearly what you are asking for. Your rights and how they are handled are set out in the privacy policy. You can also change your cookie choices instantly from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.
What I cannot help with
- Admission. I have no relationship with the Ghibli Museum or Ghibli Park, no access to their systems, and no ability to affect availability. See how access works for a description of their published systems.
- Appraisals. I cannot value your cels, posters or collectibles, and I cannot authenticate them.
- Guest posts and link placement. I do not accept sponsored content, paid links, or "content partnerships." These emails are deleted unread, so please save us both the time.
- Contacting the studio. I have no channel to Studio Ghibli or to anyone who works there.
If you are writing to say that a page here reads like it was assembled from other people's articles, please send the article you think it came from. I would rather be embarrassed by a real example than defensive about a general accusation.
